A Warning To Transformation Ambassadors of Nigeria (TAN).

Attention: Dr. Udenta O Udenta.

Our attention has been brought to a series of dubious media advertisements sponsored by some scrupulous elements within the presidency, to launder the image of President Gudluck Jonathan under the seeming of Transformation Ambassadors of Nigeria (TAN).

TAN is a non-governmental organization launched by some close associates of President Jonathan whom are immensely benefiting from the paste-up of ethnic division, corruption and impunity which the present day leadership nurtured to it hindmost advantage.

It is a movement setup and fully sponsored by the presidency to sell Jonathan to Nigerians and drum support for his 2nd term bid, all their activities and operations are in every respect covered by the presidency using taxpayers money.

They (TAN) are engaged in a deceptive "tactical maneuver" of sponsoring media campaigns and organizing rallies all over the nation to solicit support for President Jonathan's 2nd term bid which hasn't even been made official, their dubious campaigns to deceive local electorates to vote Jonathan come 2015 isn't only worrisome but disastrous for Nigeria's peace, stability and oneness co-existence which is been threatened by the present regime.

On this note, Social Movement for Change (SMC) is cautioning TAN to desist from campaigning on behalf of Nigerians, they should henceforth stop using the word "Nigerians Demand" in their dubious activities, they are TAN not Nigerians and they aren't in anyway in the best position to speak for Nigerians.

Nigerians hasn't demanded any presidential candidate yet, they will do so at the polling units not via government owned propaganda and no group has the right to speak on Nigerian's behalf, we will no longer tolerate further abuse by TAN and their sponsors.

This further bespeak Jonathan's desperation to hold unto power in a "do or die" affair not minding what his citizens are going through, instead of him to strengthen efforts in halting the rising spate of terrorism currently ravaging the country, he's here bankrolling movements with state funds just to propitiate his selfish political desires.

We also call on TAN and anyone associated with Gudluck Jonathan to advice him on ways to right his leadership wrongs and act more of a president and only then Nigerians will demand his return, not wasting public resources in propagating fabricated lies on electronic medias while forgotten more than half of Nigerians doesn't even have enough electricity to see or listen to those dubious adverts.
We equally call on President Jonathan to rule upto what is expected of him and focus more on delivering democratic dividends to his electorates, he should be more of a president than a mere democratic doormat acting the scripts of some corrupt opportunist that only cares about the weight of their bank accounts while the citizenry are living in squalor.

Finally, we wish to call on Nigerians to unite against politicking with state resources, they should rise and fight Nigeria's common enemies, and any attempt to sabotage the sovereignty of the Federal Republic of Nigeria must not be compromise. They must defend Nigeria's unity, and uphold her honour and glory.

Social Movement for Change also wish to re-affirm it commitments to the fight for a greater Nigeria where impunity and political rascalities would not be accommodated but a Nigeria where peace, justice and unity shall reign.
We are urging Nigerians to live in peace, let's uphold that culture of being our brother's keepers and love one another.
God bless Nigeria.
God bless SMC.

Signed.
