For the benefit of doubts, it's deem quintessential to ask a few questions which will help in discerning the conspiracy involved in the current insurgency ravaging the Northern part of Nigeria, which claimed the lives of thousands innocent citizens, annihilated properties worth Billions and still counting.
There were many scenarios of Boko Haram attacks (avoidable attacks) that must forced one to be suspicious of some dirty tricks, only important answers can help unclothed the ugly agenda behind Boko Haram and their sponsors. The modus operandi in which Boko Haram terrorists percolates in this part of the world is different and more diverse than all terrorist groups around the globe.
The main desideratum of Boko Haram still remains unknown, their operations are far from being normal, their identity remains undisclosed, their financiers remains anonymous, the way and manner in which these terrorists import arms is miraculously unidentified and their targets unspecified.
Whenever someone attempts to dig deeper into forbearing the real motives and missions behind the insurgency, one will be left in a state dilemma. The only conclusion one can arrive at is politics.
The insurgency terrorizing some sections of Northern Nigeria is neither a scalar nor a vector quantity as it lacks magnitude neither direction. No one could tell the momentum that determines the impetus of Boko Haram operations, but by querying and doing some analytical thinking, one can atleast categorize some events and analyze their tendencies.
Has someone ever asked this question: Why was Mohammad Yusuf (Boko Haram leader) arrested at the first instance? Why was he granted bail? Who bailed him out and why? If i wasn't mistaken, Mohammad Yusuf was arrested and jailed sometime in 2005 by the Obasanjo administration for terrorism related cases, he was later bailed out by some powerful men in government and was liberated unconditionally. I stupor why a terrorist should be granted bail? What is the correlation between Mohammad Yusuf and those that bailed him out? Are they his family members? Why will they bail out a terrorist if they aren't playing the cards together? Birds of the same feathers flew together.
When Mohammad Yusuf was later rearrested on same count charges, why was he extra-judicially killed? Who ordered his death? Why wasn't he prosecuted in a confident court of law? How can one believed he wasn't killed to suffer justice and hide some valuable dossiers away from the general public?
On the 1st October 2010, Nigeria was sworn to what can be called the first major bomb attack, during an event marking the 50th anniversary of Nigeria's independent in Abuja. MEND, a terrorist group (although called militants) picked up responsibility for the attack and promised more if government didn't dance to their tunes. To my dismay, President Jonathan quickly move to bulwark MEND even before investigations were open. Was Jonathan having prior notice of the attack? Why would he espouse anyone who personally spill the beans to have committed a crime?
On 17th Jun 2012, the twin church bombings in Wusasa Zaria also exhorted some questions, where all the military guards deployed to sheltered the churches were no where to be found as at the time of attack only to return hours after the worst had already been done, despite prior notice by the attackers. Who ordered the military to withdrew from their duty post? This question stills remain unanswered for about two years now.
Toward the end of October 2012, the joint military task force (JTF) in Borno divulged that Boko Haram insurgents has resolved to embark on killing of elder statesmen and in less than a month, Gen Mamman Shuwa was shot dead right in front of his personal armed military guards numbering about eight on the 18th of November 2012.
Again, the JTF televised another statement that Boko Haram fighters has decided to begin kidnapping elders and in few hours, Alh. Ali Munguno was kidnapped on the 3rd May 2013.
Now, if our security operatives are intelligent enough to culled what Boko Haram discusses in meetings, why can't they arrest them? Since they were aware of such attacks, why didn't they foiled them?
Come to think of this. On the 29th Sep 2013, gunmen suspected to be members of Boko Haram (drove in a convoy of about five vehicles) unleashed mayhem at the College of Agriculture, Gujba, in Yobe State, slaughtering more than seventy students in their silent sleep. Wasn't it surprising that no security operative came to the heroism of this innocent students? amid heavy gunshots lasting several hours in a hearable distance, since then we heard nothing about the culprits. We need answers, i mean answers not insults and obloquys.
Coincidentally, since the quietus of former governor of Kaduna state, Sir Patrick Yakowa, Kaduna state hasn't recorded any bomb blast and the many terrorists attacks that once ravaged the town became history. Is this a coincidence or a conspiracy? Why the sudden brake in bomb attacks after the death of Yakowa? Kaduna state need answers. Are all the attacks before aimed at forming government ungovernable for Yakowa since he were a Christian? If yes, is Governor kashim Shattima a Catholic or an Anglican?
Has someone ever asked the whereabouts of all the suspects arrested for terrorism or related cases? We've been fed with reports of arrest here and there all connected with Boko Haram. If in doubt, can anyone remember when last did we heard of the Nigerian security personnel arresting one Boko Haram member and had extracted intelligent/useful information that could help to uncover their hide-outs or sponsors? I can authoritatively tell you No one!
We are only shown bodies of people killed and labeled as Boko Haram members.
Can we now be at peace with the reasons why GEJ insisted that the Amnesty program is not gonna work? Why because this would only be known to an insider and a party to the BOKO Haram creation. Why declaring a state of emergency when peace talks were on going? Wasn't this a plot to shatter the amnesty program? We haven't heard any outcome of the amnesty committee report? I don't need any Kobo to tell you this, the amnesty report is wasting dusty under the carpet of one bigot somewhere within 3 arm zone in Abuja.
A self confessed Boko Haram Spokesman who pleaded guilty of his terrorism charges, Ali Sanda Umar Konduga was sentenced to three years in jail on the 6th Dec 2011 but amazingly, Kabiru Sokoto who claimed to be innocent of his charges got a life sentenced. Wasn't it funny to sentenced a terrorist who confesses to have taken several human lives to just three years imprisonment? Why should Kabiru Sokoto be given a life sentence after he insisted to be innocent and gave Konduga (who pleaded guilty) a light sentence of just three years? Doesn't it sounds as a planned conspiracy to indict Senator Ndume through Konduga?
The shameful terrorist attack of 26 Nov 2012 at the special anti-robbery squad (SARS) headquarters in Abuja, yet calls another big question. How would about 150 armed men escaped a scene unharmed after several hours of gun battle, in an area surrounded by head offices of security bodies? Wasn't it funny for a security facility to be attacked in the Nation's capital city for hours without any backup forces arriving the scene? Atleast to shot on air and frighten the attackers.
Just of recent on February 25, 2014, more than seventy unarmed students were slaughtered and some set ablaze at the Federal Government College of Buni Yadi in Yobe State, some kilometers away from a military base, all the military guards at checkpoints deployed to secure the area were miraculously no where to be found only to comeback four hours after the deadly inhuman massacre. Who ordered the withdrawal of soldiers at the checkpoints? Did all the military guards on duty went to buy food at once? We need answers, Nigeria need answers.
A fake document created by the Presidential assistant on social media, Reno Omokri using a Hewlett Packard computer at 10:01 on Wednesday 26, February 2014 via the Nigerian government’s official internet service provider, Galaxy Backbone, from Abuja, claiming to be a pastor called Wendell Simlin. The document falsely linked the suspended CBN governor with Boko Haram in order to blackmail and tarnish his image before the general public simply for exposing a fraud. Isn't this an indication that the Jonathan-led administration would rather reap politically from Boko Haram than to put an end to it? How can i believe Senator Ndume wasn't indicted to this way?
Lest we forget, all this attacks occurred at a time when the Federal government declared a state of emergency in three states highly affected by the insurgency, thousands troops were deployed and Billions budgeted for the fight against terrorist and terrorism but to no avail, the federal government's efforts appeared to be motivating the insurgents.
A friend once aforementioned that Boko Haram is a creation of Muslims to wipe out Christianity and Christians in Nigeria. If so, isn't it so easier to lunch attacks in Enugu state (where Christians are fund in excess) than the Force headquarters? Another aforesaid that the insurgency is aimed at scattering opposition states. I agree to some extent but do you think attacking Lagos state wouldn't be the fastest way of wiping out opposition? One thing for sure, the current crisis rocking the Northern part of Nigeria are planned conspiracy and a crusade against the North. I can tell you this for free.
Haven't we seen how the US and other serious countries fished out their criminals and deal with them without much harm to the rest of innocent citizens of theirs? Why can't Nigeria be serious in fighting crimes? we can't just fold our arms and assumed Boko Haram is our own fair share from the global crisis.
The less care attitude exhibited by federal government toward ending the so-called Boko Haram bloodshed which claimed thousand lives of innocent unarmed civilians is frustrating, it's not only worrisome but incapable. Whenever Boko Haram struck, the only response we get from those in government are days of long silence, accompanied by some heavy words of condemnation without any follow up action, not even a visit to the affected areas.
Nigerians seems to have forgotten that whatever President Jonathan lay his hands against or condemned goes on to enjoy rapid acceleration and unretarded growth, we can see that in corruption, kidnapping, piracy, crude theft, terrorism, armed robbery e.t.c all of which has severely being condemned by Mr President but are increasingly multiplying in numbers and operations.
Whenever someone tries to questioned the government for it lack of focus in the so-called fight against terrorism, the only answers one will get are brainless insults from few money motivated notice me monkeys dancing to the tunes of Mr President called Presidential aides and baseless allegations directed toward the opposition with cheap blackmails. It's criminal as to how the Presidency is shifting blames for it clueless failures to others and can show nothing as evidence or facts.
A presidential aide some few days back, accused two prominent politicians from the North of being the masterminds of Boko Haram without any further probe of their involvements in such atrocities and the president has remain silence over the matter. Can i be wrong to say that the so-called president aides are the mouthpiece of Mr president? Since they say whatever rubbish came out of their mouths and the president will pretend to be deaf and dump. If really the presidency knew the masterminds of Boko Haram and did fail to bring them to book, one can clearly see the incompetence of the Jonathan led-administration in fighting crimes and criminals.
Please allow me to reserve my remaining questions till some other time, permit me also to categorically state that whoever is upset with my questions, he's advice to follow the path of Malaysian MH370 and dive in the Indian ocean for i fear nobody rather than God, and will forever stand along with the truth no matter how bitter it may be. I rest my case.
